329 posts · Joined 2007. #11 · Sep 2, 2009. kick start issues. This problem creeps up on you. Quickest way is to watch your stand as it hits the concrete. if it slides side ways inspect the bolts and hope its not to late. Just for the record it happen to mine with 5500 kms new.

MTS 1000DS has: full system Arrow, open air box top, power commander iii. now my issue is that -i believe- my bike is running rich, as i can clearly smell fuel from my exhaust even when bike is warm, and

The problem is widely recognised in the USA where Ducati were forced to replace faulty tanks. I have a 620 with this issue as has a fellow member on multistrada.net.
